Keynote Speaker – Eduardo Bhatia, former President of the Senate of Puerto Rico
Eduardo Bhatia will discuss the urgent public policy challenges in Puerto Rico’s transformation from the most oil-dependent energy system in the U.S. to one powered entirely by renewable sources by 2050. With a fragile electric grid, slow federal support, and powerful interests resisting change, Puerto Rico’s clean energy future hangs in the balance. Who are the real allies in this fight-and who is standing in the way?
